The Tactical Helmet Bag is of course only called "helmet bag" because you can easily transport a pilot's or motorbike helmet in it, as it is lightly padded. But of course you can put in whatever you want. Be it food in solid or liquid form for a longer outdoor stay, your shopping or spare clothes in case the weather is not quite as good.
Either way, this nylon bag offers plenty of space with these dimensions:

The two patch pockets on the front side are with
