Delivery and shipping
The delivery of the goods is, unless otherwise agreed, after payment or possibly cash on delivery. Reference is made to § 3 of these terms and conditions. The shipment of the goods takes place here only after receipt of the full purchase price and the delivery and shipping costs or possibly cash on delivery.
The delivery will be made to the delivery address specified by the customer and deposited. When paying via PayPal, the delivery will be made to the delivery address specified by the customer at PayPal and deposited.
The buyer has to make sure that the goods can be delivered to him by the assigned transport company. If the goods are returned because the delivery to the buyer is not possible, the buyer has to bear the costs of the unsuccessful delivery. This does not apply if the customer exercises his right of withdrawal by not accepting the goods or if the buyer was only temporarily prevented from accepting the delivery, unless the seller has announced the delivery to the buyer a reasonable time in advance.
